People worldwide celebrate World Mental Health Day each year on 10 October. This year’s theme from the World Federation of Mental Health focuses on workplace mental health. Emphasising the need to support mental well-being in the workplace to benefit individuals, organisations, and communities.
At Briggs of Burton, we understand the importance of prioritising mental health and well-being in the workplace. That’s why we’re proud that so many of our team are on hand to support. There are Mental Health First Aiders who can help with short-term challenges, and Mental Health Champions who provide longer-term support and guidance.
Let’s continue to break the stigma surrounding discussing mental health ensuring everyone feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.
